PPT Conversation. PPT to PICTURE, PPT to ZIP , PPT to WORD, PPT to PDF, PPT to FOLDER Offline
Here I am sharing PowerPoint presentation all types of conversation like ppt to image,word,pdf, folder,zip etc.. from one files to another file which is available in Power Point 2016.
There are two ways to convert files.
Method 1 : PPT to PICTURE, PPT to WORD, PPT to PDF
Step 1 : Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2016.
Step 2 : Go to Cloud Tab (Menu)
PPT to PDF :- Click on Export to PDF
PPT to PICTURE :- Click on Export to PICTURE (G)
PPT to WORD :- Click on Conversation to Word Documents
Step 1 : Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2016.
Step 2 : Click on Presentation Tab.
Here you can easily convert PPT to PDF and PICTURE.
PPT to PDF :- Click on Export to PDF
PPT to PICTURE :- Click on Export to PICTURE (G)
PPT to FOLDER and PPT to ZIP
Step 1: Click on Presentation Tab.
Step 2 : Select File Package (R) option.
Step 3 : if you want to create a folder of that ppt then click on Package into Folder(H) option.
If you want to create a ZIP file of that ppt then click on Package into Compressed File (Z)
