How to give Password for PDF File offline?
Here you can see how you can easily give Password Permission for PDF File.
Following below steps :-
1. Open Microsoft Word 2016.
2. Go to Cloud Tab and click export to PDF File option.
3. It will open Export PDF File dailog box.
4. Give name of file in save to box.
Page Range
5. Here you can set permission for pages like how many page you want to convert like all pages or current page or page (s) options.
In page (s) pages option you can give number in from and to box.
Export options
6. If you want to give extra export options like comment, hyperlink, links, bookmark,etc.. you can give here just by clicking on box.
Permission Settings
7. First click on password to protect permission Settings.
Set Password for PDF
Enter a password for PDF file in password box. Whatever you type in password box same as type in confirm box.
8. Here you can give other extra permission like modify,copy,add comment by clicking on checkbox.
Printing Permission
9. Now you can also give permission for printing like which type of printing you allow this document like printing not allowed, low quality printing and free printing options are available in Dropbox. You have to select any one option.
